Who it suits

Easyship is aimed at online sellers, from small stores to larger retailers, who post parcels to customers at home and abroad. It does not deliver goods to shoppers itself. Instead, it gives merchants access to couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL through one account, with rates compared automatically for each parcel.

What the software does

Stores on more than 60 e-commerce platforms and marketplaces can connect and pull orders straight in. From there, the dashboard handles quotes, label printing, pickup bookings and spending reports. Automation rules cut out repetitive tasks. For cross-border orders, import taxes and duties are worked out in advance, which helps parcels clear customs more smoothly. Sellers can also show live shipping rates at their own checkout and send buyers to branded tracking pages. A network of third-party fulfilment warehouses is available for businesses that would rather not pack orders themselves.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan for new businesses, and paid professional plans come with a 14-day free trial. The platform does not charge minimum spends. Subscriptions can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and support is offered around the clock.
