Dermoi
Dermoi is a UK online shop for science-led skincare, haircare and supplements, which it calls a concept store. Each brand passes a selection process before it is stocked, so the shelves lean towards actives such as growth factors, peptides and liposomal formulas. Delivery inside the UK is free and usually takes two working days.

Delivery details
Every UK order ships free on a two-working-day service. If you need it sooner, next-working-day delivery costs £3. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched on the next working day, and Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Dermoi does not ship outside the UK. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
If something goes wrong
Orders are processed quickly, so changes are limited. Act fast and you may be able to update an address or cancel an item. Swapping products, adding items or changing the delivery option isn't possible. If something is missing from your parcel, email [email protected] and the item will be sent out. For returns, contact the same customer care address before posting anything back.
