Orders take 24 to 48 business hours to prepare and then 3 to 10 business days to arrive, because parcels leave from Spain. The page warns that any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer. Rates for other destinations run from £5.99 to £17.99. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving an order and are booked through an online returns portal. Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including any free gifts, and pieces bought as a two-for-one pair must come back together. UK returns use a label supplied by D.Franklin, but a €20 administration fee applies because of customs procedures. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being checked.
