The Classic Original is the starting point: a weighted system where ropes of different weights clip onto the same handles. Switching weights changes the intensity and the muscles worked.
The AMP set adds Bluetooth, linking the handles to the app so jumps and sessions are tracked. For small rooms, or for people with mobility limits or injuries, the Ropeless system gives the same movement without a rope swinging around.
