About craghoppers
Gear for walks and trips
The range is built for anything from a countryside stroll to a long trek abroad. Waterproofs and insulated jackets handle bad weather, while hiking trousers, shirts and base layers cover what goes underneath. Accessories complete a kit list.
How it's made
Craghoppers traces its supply chain from garment factories back to raw materials, and it has belonged to the Ethical Trading Initiative since 2012. Its social work pays for a primary school in Bangladesh, and it runs health and education programmes that support female workers.
Ordering tips
Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, so check sizes before paying; anything unwanted goes back through the Arrange a Return page. Click & Collect to UK stores is free, and parcels wait seven days for pickup. Members of the Discover Pass scheme get free delivery and member prices. Students, NHS staff and military personnel qualify for discounts, with students verifying via Student Beans or UNiDAYS. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted, and live chat helps with queries.
Sustainability at craghoppers
Craghoppers is committed to sustainability, aiming to make clothing and products as sustainable as possible. Initiatives include supply chain traceability (Tier 1 & 2), membership of the Ethical Trading Initiative since 2012, and social impact programmes like funding a school in Bangladesh and empowering female workers.
