About Course Hero
What a subscription gets you
The core is a large library of study documents organised by course. Alongside guides and notes, there are practice problems and video explanations. When a concept won't click, an online tutor can help at any hour of the day or night. Members can also upload their own original material and rate other documents, earning Unlocks that open up more premium content.
Using it well
Course Hero works best as a study aid next to your own reading and lectures. Check your university's rules on outside resources before you lean on shared material. A referral programme also rewards members who bring friends to the platform.
Billing and cancelling
Everything is online, so access starts as soon as you subscribe. Standard returns don't apply to a digital subscription, but you can manage or cancel it under Course Hero's terms, usually from your account settings. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted. Support is available 24 hours a day by phone or email at [email protected]. Prime Student members can get a discounted subscription.
