Delivery and collection
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 and aims to arrive in three to five working days. Next-day delivery is £6.99 if you order by 4:30pm. Sunday, nominated-day and 2 Day Express options are also offered. Click and collect is free above £35 and £2.99 below that. Shipping reaches more than 25 countries.
Returns and payment
You have 28 days from receipt to send items back. Store returns are free; postal returns use a pre-paid label, with £2.95 (Evri) or £3.35 (Royal Mail) taken off the refund. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna are accepted, and gift cards are available. Members of the Cotton Gold Club get extra perks. There is no permanent student discount.
