UK mainland orders over £50, including VAT, ship free, and smaller orders start at £3.49. Carriers include Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL and TNT. Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day and take 1 to 4 working days to arrive. Click and collect orders can be ready in as little as an hour. The company also ships to more than 70 countries.
Returns, help and student savings
The returns window is 180 days, for faulty items or ones that simply aren't right, and free Royal Mail return labels are provided. Printerless returns work at some drop-off points.
