About Chivasom International Health Resorts
What a booking covers
Chiva-Som sells wellness stays at its two resorts, one in Hua Hin and one in Qatar. The setting is described as seven acres of tended tropical gardens, managed with biodiversity in mind. Meals lean on whole, natural food. Ingredients are sourced locally, and herbs and vegetables come from the resort's own certified organic garden.
Is it for you?
The resorts suit travellers who want a break centred on rest, food and health rather than sightseeing. Both are outside the UK, so travel time is part of the planning. A stay is a considered purchase, so it pays to read the terms closely before committing.
Before you book
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of booking and the time of year. Read the conditions attached to your chosen stay, or ask Chiva-Som directly before paying. Payment is taken by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Gift cards are not offered. Booking confirmations come through electronically, so keep the email or document safe for arrival. There is no physical delivery involved at any stage.
