About Chaos Cards

Chaos Cards is a trading card and hobby games retailer based in Folkestone, Kent, that started selling online in 2011. It is run by FTK Gaming Network Ltd (company number 06846366), which opened a high-street gaming store in Folkestone in 2017. Wizards of the Coast granted the shop Premium Store status in 2019, according to the Chaos Cards About page.

What Chaos Cards sells

  • Booster boxes, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes and single cards for Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana and Star Wars Unlimited
  • Graded single cards and Japanese-language Pokemon products
  • Board games, chess and roleplaying games
  • Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team and other miniature wargames, with hobby paints and scenery

Delivery and returns

Standard UK shipping starts at £1.00, takes 1 to 2 days in transit and is free on orders over £30; Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce carry the parcels. The paid Swift upgrade, from £2.50, sends weekday orders placed before 4pm on a tracked next-day service the same day, and Swift is included at no cost on UK orders above £150. The homepage said the Swift guarantee was paused during a busy period (checked October 2026). Worldwide shipping reaches more than 200 countries from £9.95 per parcel, though manufacturers restrict where Games Workshop and Magic: The Gathering products can go.

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be sent back as unwanted within one month of receipt, with the customer paying return postage; anything else falls back to the 14-day statutory cancellation period. That extended policy is capped at 6 items, £150 of returns in total and one use per household. Damage should be reported to [email protected] with photos within 30 days, and the shop then supplies a prepaid label for a refund.
