About Bungalow
Places to stay
Accommodation falls into three broad types: individual holiday homes, bungalows, and holiday parks with facilities for different ages. Some listings are out of the ordinary, such as Résidence Château de Salles, set among vineyards, or rentals on the edge of a fjord. Searches can be narrowed by season, with sections for Easter, the May holidays, spring and summer. Short-notice weekend breaks have their own section, and summer and spring trips can be booked well ahead.
Booking and changing plans
Before paying, read the travel conditions, which appear on the site as Reisvoorwaarden. They explain how amendments and cancellations are handled, which matters more for a holiday than any returns policy. After booking, the Mijn Reservering area lets you check and manage the reservation. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted.
Getting help
Bungalow.Net has a contact form for written questions and a customer service line on +31 (0)38 333 01 01. An FAQ section answers common questions, and a travel blog offers ideas and tips for planning a trip. Besides English, the site is available in Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
