Boomerang tag
Boomerang Tag makes QR-code name tags that help lost belongings find their way home. Whoever finds a tagged item scans the code and reaches the owner through a private system. The owner decides what the finder can see. Tags come as stickers, keyrings and iron-on labels, and a free membership plan is available.

About Boomerang tag
Tag types
Stick On tags suit phones, laptops and other gadgets. Keyring tags clip onto keys and bags, while Iron On tags fix to clothing and other textiles. Personalised versions are available, and bundles and multi-packs help when a whole household's things need tagging.
How a tag gets things back
Each tag carries a unique QR code. When someone finds a tagged item, they scan the code and are connected to the owner through a secure page. Owners choose exactly which details are shown, so privacy stays in their hands. The company's motto is to find more and waste less, since every recovered item is one less thing to replace.
Plans, schools and ordering
Membership comes in three tiers: Free, Plus and Family Plus. Plus and Family Plus include free replacement tags. A fundraising programme is open to schools and PTAs. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout, and the returns policy is set out on the company's website. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted, and orders can be shipped abroad.
Sustainability at Boomerang tag
