About Big Green Smile
What's on the shelves
The beauty side takes in skincare, body and bath products, hair care, make-up and fragrance. Weleda Skin Food and Dr. Bronner's soaps are among the familiar lines, with Green People deodorants and Dr Organic skincare close by. Parents can pick up plant-based Naty nappies and gentle nappy creams. For the house there are natural cleaners, laundry ranges and staples such as Dri-Pak bicarbonate of soda.
The standards behind it
Parcels are packed without plastic where possible. The shop holds Soil Association certification and Cruelty Free International approval, which helps anyone who reads labels closely. Customer service answers by phone or email on weekdays.
Before you order
UK delivery is free once a basket passes £40, and standard delivery below that starts at £3.95. The shop also sends parcels abroad. Unused items can come back within 30 days, but they must be sealed and in their original condition, which rules out opened cosmetics. Card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted. Students can get a discount through Student Beans, and Blue Light Card holders are catered for too.
