Flat-pack or built?
Many items are offered either way. Flat-pack is easier to carry up narrow stairs and through tight doorways, while ready-assembled furniture saves an evening with an Allen key. Check each product page to see which version you are buying before you order.
Delivery, returns and paying
Orders are dispatched free the next working day, Monday to Friday, and a courier takes them to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times vary by product, so check the estimate on each item. Unused furniture in its original packaging can be returned. Contact customer service to start the process, and the refund follows once the item has been inspected. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Klarna. Students, NHS staff and military personnel can verify through Gocertify for a discount, and a Loyalty Scheme rewards repeat buyers.
