About Big Bat Box
Bats for three sports
Cricket bats come in both English willow and Kashmir willow. Baseball players can choose alloy or composite models. Rounders bats are light and durable. Clubs and teams buying several bats at once are catered for as well. Beyond the bats, there are batting helmets, pads and gloves for protection. Grips, bat tape, care kits and carry bags keep equipment in good shape.
Choosing and ordering
Each product page lists specifications and photos, which helps when weighing up options. The right bat depends on the sport, playing style, height and strength. The customer service team can advise if the choice isn't obvious. Delivery is UK-only, with standard and express services priced at checkout. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Sending things back
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of arrival, in their original packaging. They need to be in a state that can be resold. A refund or an exchange follows, so a bat in the wrong weight can be swapped.
