About Bensons for Beds
Beds and mattresses
Frames come in wood, metal and upholstered finishes, with divans offering built-in storage and adjustable beds for changing position. Mattress types include pocket sprung, memory foam and hybrid, alongside orthopaedic, cooling and hypoallergenic options. Firmness and size choices run from singles to king size, so it is worth lying on a few in store if you can.
Furnishing the room
Bedside tables, chests of drawers and wardrobes are sold to match. The furniture ranges are designed to complement the beds, so a whole room can be matched in one order. Headboards, bedding and pillows add the finishing touches.
Delivery, payment and help
Some items come with free delivery, and professional assembly is often included, which matters for heavy frames. Returns are possible, but check the terms in store or online before buying. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, or spread the cost with finance. Click and collect and gift cards are offered, and the Bedhead Club is free to join. Customer service is on 0333 222 6800, weekdays 8am to 6pm and weekends 9am to 5pm. Students can verify through Student Beans for a discount, and NHS and military staff can use Blue Light Card.
