About Bed Nerdz
The range
Each toy carries a short name and a plain description of what it does. For women there are designs such as CALI, a wand, SANDY, a remote-controlled bullet, and KAI, a dual vibrator. G-spot and double-ended options are listed too. Men's products include JOEY, a power ring, and BODHI, a prostate toy with a remote. Several items are suited to couples, and the Sunset Strip and Rodeo Drive gift boxes combine a few products in one package. The brand sums up its approach as 'tech meets touch'.
Delivery and payment
Parcels are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside to show what's inside. Next-day delivery options are available in the UK, and shipping costs nothing once an order passes £75. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Returns and support
Because these are intimate products, Bed Nerdz doesn't set out a standard returns window. Anyone with a faulty or incorrect item, or another question about returning something, should email the team at [email protected]. NHS and healthcare workers can get a discount through Blue Light Card. Armed forces personnel can use Blue Light Card or the Defence Discount Service.
