Designer Nicole Hanriot-Tinkess launched Beach Riot in 2012, naming the label after a play on her surname. The Southern California brand makes colourful women's swimwear, activewear and casual clothes, and ships UK orders directly from California. About Beach Riot
The collections
Swimwear is where the label started, with bikini tops and bottoms, one-pieces and crochet styles. The Sport Riot line, added in 2017, brings leggings, sports bras, shorts, skirts, active dresses and jackets. Away from the beach there are jumpers, sweatshirts, rompers and pyjamas, plus cover-ups, a bridal capsule and a golf and tennis edit. The Mommy + Mini collection pairs adult pieces with matching versions for children, and a kids' section covers swim and activewear. Hats, Logan Tay jewellery and eyewear made in collaboration with DIFF complete the range.
Ordering from the UK
Every parcel leaves Southern California by UPS International at a flat shipping charge billed in US dollars. Processing takes 3 to 7 business days and delivery another 6 to 15, so it is not the place for a last-minute holiday order. Any import duties and taxes are the buyer's to pay, and the policy says that stays true even if the parcel is refused.
No returns for UK buyers
Beach Riot treats every international order as final, with no refunds or exchanges. Check the fit guide carefully, and stick to styles and sizes you're confident about. The 14-day return window applies to US customers only.

No. International orders, including those to the UK, are final, so nothing can be returned or exchanged. Only US customers can send items back, so check sizing carefully before paying.
How long should I allow for delivery to Britain?
Allow 3 to 7 business days for processing, then 6 to 15 business days for UPS International to deliver from Southern California. In total that can add up to several weeks.
Does Beach Riot sell golf and tennis clothing?
Yes. Its Golf and Country Club edit is aimed at the course and the court. The Sport Riot activewear line, added in 2017, also includes skirts, active dresses, leggings and sports bras.
