How the pillow adjusts
Each pregnancy pillow arrives as a set: the outer cover, the inner pillow, a travel bag and two removable Pebbles. Moving the Pebbles around changes the firmness. bbhugme says the pillow can be moulded to support the hips, bump, back, knees or ankles, both before and after the birth. Wash the inner pillow by hand only, and keep it in a cover whenever it is used. Colours include Hazel Brown, Dusty Pink and Eucalyptus. There is also a nursing pillow for feeding, plus bundles, extra covers and spare travel bags.
Dispatch and delivery
UK parcels start their journey at a Warwickshire warehouse run by a third party. DPD then delivers them in two to five business days. Below £80, postage varies with what is ordered. Packing happens on weekday mornings, and tracking details come by email or text message.
Trial, returns and warranty
If the pillow doesn't suit you within the 30-day trial, ask for a return online. Once it is approved, a prepaid label is emailed. Every part of the set must be sent back, including the Pebbles and travel bag. Faults in materials or workmanship are covered for a year. Normal settling of the filling isn't covered, and neither is harm from putting the inner pillow in a washing machine.

Can the bbhugme pillow go in the washing machine?
The inner pillow should not go in a washing machine. Wash it by hand, and note that machine-washing damage falls outside the warranty.
