What the price covers
The quoted price normally includes VAT or local taxes, third-party liability (RCA) and a collision damage waiver (CDW). Car rentals usually come with unlimited mileage, and booking online adds an extra driver at no cost. Excess reduction options can lower what you would pay if something goes wrong. Optional extras are added to the total at booking, and staff list every charge before you sign.
At the rental desk
Bring a valid driving licence, a passport or ID card, and a credit card belonging to the lead driver to cover the security deposit. The minimum age is generally 21, and drivers under 25 may pay a young driver surcharge. The rental agreement is signed at collection and records the terms, the rate and the vehicle's details.
Returning the vehicle
Cars and vans go back to the agreed B-rent office on the date and at the time set in the booking. If your plans change, tell B-rent in advance. The vehicle should come back in the condition it left, allowing for fair wear and tear. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
