About Autodoc
Finding the right part
Search by your car's make, model and year, or enter a part number if you already have one. Engine parts include timing belts, spark plugs and oil filters, and the braking section covers calipers, discs and pads. For suspension and steering there are tie rod ends, control arms and shock absorbers. Electrical parts, lighting, bodywork and accessories complete the catalogue.
How long it takes, and sending parts back
Parcels leave Autodoc's European warehouses and take four to seven working days to reach the UK. Order early if the car is off the road. The standard return window is 14 days, and the Safe Order option extends it to 200 days. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. There are no shops, so everything runs through the website.
Loyalty schemes and support
Two schemes reward regular buyers. The Autodoc Bonus Programme gives cash-back credit on eligible orders. The free Autodoc Club adds bonus points and how-to videos for jobs you do yourself. A UK customer service team answers six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
