About Aurzen

Aurzen is a consumer projector brand that sells direct through aurzen.com in pounds, dollars, euros and several other currencies. It showed its first smart projector, the BOOM with Dolby Audio, at Channel Summit EMEA in 2023, and launched the ZIP, which it bills as the first tri-fold truly portable projector, at CES 2025. Aurzen says it has sold more than one million units. What Aurzen sells ZIP series: folding pocket projectors with a built-in battery, including the Full HD ZIP Pro EAZZE series: smart projectors running Google TV or Roku TV, such as the EAZZE D1 MAX and D1R Cube BOOM series: the BOOM mini and BOOM air Google TV projectors with integrated speakers Accessories: projector screens, stands, ceiling mounts, carrying cases, wireless USB-C dongles, lenses and remote controls The brand says its brightness ratings are checked through SGS certification to the ANSI/ISO 21118 standard, and that it prints packaging with soy ink and uses biodegradable eggshell packaging. According to Aurzen, its VibeBass audio system is an in-house low-frequency technology designed for deeper bass. Delivery and returns Delivery to the UK and the US costs nothing on any order and takes 3 to 7 business days. Aurzen's shipping policy says parcels leave from regional warehouses with DHL, UPS, FedEx or USPS, and that import taxes set by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. The store also ships to Canada, Australia and most EU countries, but not to Alaska, Hawaii or US overseas territories. A product with a quality problem can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; the buyer sends photos or video of the item and its intact packaging to [email protected]. Aurzen says approved refunds take about 7 business days to reach the card or bank. Cancelling an order more than 24 hours after placing it carries a processing fee of 2.6% for cards or 3.6% for PayPal.
