About ATG Tickets
What's on
Listings span West End hits, touring productions and new shows arriving at regional venues. Comedy nights, concerts, talks and special events sit alongside the big musicals. Families can look for pantomimes and children's shows, and there are opera and dance programmes too. Big musicals such as Wicked appear in the listings, along with one-off evenings hosted by well-known performers.
Tickets, collection and refunds
Most tickets arrive as e-tickets by email. For some performances, physical tickets can be collected from the venue box office before the show. Tickets are generally non-refundable and cannot be swapped, except when the performance is called off or moved to a very different date. Read the terms for the event before you book.
Extras for regular theatregoers
ATG Membership adds priority booking windows and other perks. Gift options cover theatre trips for someone else, and gift cards are available. Access information helps visitors who need extra support at a venue. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. Shopperazzi lists ATG's current shows alongside their booking details.
Sustainability at ATG Tickets
Matiere Premiere prides itself on a commitment to natural ingredients, with founder Aurélien Guichard cultivating his own Rose Centifolia, Tuberose, and Lavandin in Grasse, ensuring quality and a direct connection to the raw materials.
