What the brand says about its formulas

PÜR says each complexion product includes its Ceretin Complex, a blend of retinol and ceramides in encapsulated form. It also says its formulas avoid more than 1,300 ingredients it regards as potentially harmful. Animal testing is ruled out, and the whole line is labelled 100% vegan. The same products also appear under the names PÜR Minerals and PUR Cosmetics, and Butter London is a sister brand within Astral.

Ordering from the UK

Shipping prices, speeds and services for a UK address only show up at checkout. Parcels leave the US, so customs duty and import taxes fall on the recipient when they arrive. A business-day order in before 12:45pm Eastern time is processed that day. Later orders, and those placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday, roll over to the next business day.

Before sending anything back, email [email protected] for an RMA number, no later than 30 days after delivery. A product can still go back with up to 30% used, as long as there is proof of purchase. Only orders from purcosmetics.com itself are accepted. Return postage is the buyer's cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. Once approved, a refund takes up to 10 business days to reach the card or account used.
