About Aromatherapy Associates
Shopping by concern
Rather than browsing by product type, you can start from what you want help with. The headings include Sleep, Relax, Balance, De-Stress, Morning Light, Daily Wellness, Physical Wellness, Rose Revive and Menopause Support. Each one gathers oils, body products and home rituals with the same aim, so a sleep routine might pair a bath oil with a diffuser blend.
Who it suits
The brand fits people who treat a bath or shower as proper downtime, and anyone hunting for a gift for someone who does. Its blends also turn up in spa treatments, which shows the professional side of the business. Regular buyers can join the Reward Club to collect points on purchases.
Delivery, returns and support
UK delivery options and charges appear at checkout, and the shop also ships abroad. Return terms, including the time limit, are set out on the brand's website, so read them before ordering. Customer care is based in the UK and answers by phone or email on weekdays. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna are accepted. Students get a discount, and NHS and armed forces staff can use Blue Light Card.
