About Arena Flowers
Flowers for the occasion
Roses are a mainstay, Fairtrade red roses among them, and lilies, chrysanthemums and seasonal tulips also feature. Each bouquet is tied by hand. Arrangements are grouped by occasion, so finding something for a birthday, an anniversary, a sympathy message or Valentine's Day is quick. Gift sets and gift cards are sold too.
The ethical angle
Sustainability shapes how the business runs. Flowers come from sustainable farms, packaging is made from recycled materials, and delivery partners are carbon neutral. Arena Flowers also plants trees and has worked on cutting waste.
Delivery, payment and help
Orders over £19.99 qualify for free next-day delivery; check the daily order cut-off at checkout. Selected items can arrive the same day when ordered by midday, and Saturday delivery costs £8.99. If flowers turn up damaged, contact the shop within three days of delivery for a refund or replacement under its satisfaction guarantee.
Payment works with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay. Students can get a discount through Student Beans, NHS staff have their own discount, and The Flower Club rewards regular buyers with Posy Points. Help is available by phone, email and live chat.
