What is on offer
Flip flops come in men's and women's sizes. Each is a single moulded unit with a closed-cell foam footbed. The brand says the foam shapes itself to the wearer after a few wears. That one-piece build also does away with the separate toe plug that tends to fail on ordinary pairs. Slides include a single-band style covered by registered designs. The shop also sells men's and women's insoles, performance socks and digital gift cards.
According to Jones, the first prototypes took shape in his grandparents' shed, and podiatrists and physiotherapists advised on five years of testing.
Delivery and dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the standard option at £3.99, and it becomes free once an order passes £60. The express choice, Tracked 24, is £9.00 but is waived from £135. Parcels go out within one to two working days, so a pair ordered on a Friday or at the weekend leaves the following week. Addresses in the UK and on the Isle of Man can be served, and all parcels are tracked.
Returns and warranty
Under the Comfort Guarantee, pairs can come back within 60 days of delivery, even if they have been worn. Swapping a pair or taking store credit costs nothing, whatever state it is in. A cash refund is the product price less the return postage. If the order was a single pair or went express, the first delivery charge is not returned either. Returns begin with an online form that creates a printable label. A six-month warranty covers manufacturing faults, though not cuts, scrapes or pet damage.
