About Aprika Life

Aprika Life is a family-run tea retailer based in Ocoee, Florida, founded by husband-and-wife team Anton and Natali. Its about page ties the business to the tea rituals the couple grew up with in Ukraine, where his mother grew her own chamomile and peppermint for home-made blends. The store centres on Japanese matcha and the tools used to prepare it. What Aprika Life sells Matcha: ceremonial-grade and cafe-grade powders labelled organic and Japanese, matcha tea bags and matcha latte powder Japanese hojicha and herbal teas including peppermint, chamomile, sleep, calm and focus blends Bowl sets with or without a pouring spout, boxed gift sets, plus 100-prong bamboo whisks, whisk holders, chashaku scoops and sifters Handmade Japanese matcha bowls, kyusu teapots, coffee mugs and glassware from La Rochere and Libbey Delivery and returns The store sells to the UK in pounds. International shipping is charged at checkout according to destination and parcel weight, and Aprika Life prepares orders in 1 to 2 business days before dispatch, emailing a tracking number once the parcel leaves. Shoppers in the US get free standard shipping from $15, with a flat-rate expedited option. Returns follow a 30-day window from delivery. Herbal teas and matcha carry a taste guarantee: a buyer who dislikes the flavour can claim a refund even after opening the tea. Bowls, whisks, teaware and sets qualify only if unopened and unused in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is needed for every return. Return postage to Florida is paid by the customer and is not refunded, and replacements are limited to defective or damaged items. Aprika Life also handles gift returns: when an item was marked as a gift and shipped straight to the recipient, the refund comes as a gift certificate posted to that person once the parcel arrives back in Ocoee.
