About Alljoy
The product line-up
Devices cover most of the body: feet, legs, hands and back, as well as the eyes, neck and shoulders. The H4 Hand Massager combines heat with compression, while the P1 is one of the massage guns. Heating pads complete the range. The site also groups products by goal, such as sleep, calm, recovery or easing tension. Product pages describe comfort benefits, but those claims come from Alljoy. Gift collections are sorted by recipient and occasion, and a separate guide covers corporate gifting.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Orders normally go out within 48 hours of payment. Tracking details follow once the parcel is dispatched. The homepage promises free worldwide shipping. Returns or exchanges are possible for 30 days if the device is still in its original state, boxed with all accessories. Alljoy pays return postage on faulty goods. If a shopper simply changes their mind, they pay the postage, and a 15% restocking fee is listed on the shipping page, though not in the refund policy.
Warranty
Every massager carries a limited warranty of 12 months, which stretches to 24 months for VIP members. VIP status needs a newsletter sign-up within 30 days of buying plus membership of the brand's Facebook group. If a quality problem appears within 30 days, Alljoy replaces the device free.
