Air Serbia
Air Serbia is Serbia's national carrier, flying from its Belgrade base to Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia and North America. Its story starts with Aeroput in 1927, and the current name arrived in 2013. London features on the route map, linking UK travellers with Belgrade and the network beyond it. The airline is owned by the Government of Serbia.
About Air Serbia
Booking a seat
Fares come in several types, and they differ in what is included. Depending on the ticket, checked baggage, seat selection and meals may or may not be part of it. Business Class sits above Economy, with more comfort and better dining. Routes include New York, Paris and Rome as well as London. Once payment goes through, the ticket arrives by email.
Changes and refunds
There is no single refund policy. What you can change or cancel depends on the fare rules attached to your ticket, so read them before paying rather than after. If plans are uncertain, compare the conditions on different fares before choosing.
At the airport
Check in online and keep a boarding pass on your phone through the app, or collect one at a kiosk or counter. The contact centre handles queries every day by phone and email. Air Serbia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro and PayPal. Group fares for students are also available.
