About Aerolite

Cases for every trip

Cabin bags are what Aerolite is best known for, built to the maximum sizes allowed by carriers such as Ryanair, easyJet and British Airways. For hold luggage there are lightweight polypropylene suitcases and premium aluminium-frame trunks without zips, which close with TSA latch-locks. Luggage sets suit families, and there is a separate children's range. Travellers who want a greener option can choose cabin cases made from recycled materials.

Build and warranty

Wheels are silent Hinomoto units, chosen for smooth rolling through terminals. Interiors are designed to pack efficiently. Aerolite backs its products with a 5-year warranty, under which items with manufacturing defects are replaced.

Ordering and returns

The shop is online only, with click and collect from its Barking warehouse. UK delivery is free, express options are available, and international shipping is offered. Returns are free within 30 days of purchase. Customer service answers by phone or email on weekdays from 9am to 4pm. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna payments are all accepted, and students can find a discount through Student Beans.

Sustainability at Aerolite

Aerolite offers eco-friendly cabin luggage options, including products made from recycled materials, demonstrating a commitment to more sustainable travel solutions.
