About ActiveWills
How it works
You answer a series of questions online, and the template turns your answers into a will that complies with UK law. It can include gifts to named people, guardians for children and instructions about your assets. Once finished, you print the will at home, and ActiveWills stores a copy on its servers for life at no extra cost. Its customer service team handles questions along the way.
Prices and guarantees
Single wills start at £19.99, and mirror wills for couples start at £29.99. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every purchase. Key workers and NHS staff can write a will free of charge, and so can their families. Armed forces personnel can save through TroopScout and Blue Light Card. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Is it right for you?
An online template works best when your affairs are simple. ActiveWills says it also caters for more complex estates. Check what each option covers before you pay, and take legal advice if your situation is unusual.
