About Access a GP
How it works
Members call or video-chat with a GP whenever they need to, without booking ahead and with no cap on the number of calls. If you need medication, the prescription can go electronically to a pharmacy near you or be posted anywhere in the UK. Royal Mail First Class takes one to two days, and Special Delivery arrives within 24 hours. Almost every order placed before 4pm leaves the same day. The service cannot prescribe controlled drugs.
Choosing a plan
There are monthly and annual plans, with family cover often included, plus a 14-day holiday plan for a single trip abroad. The AccessGP Plus tier adds unlimited online GP appointments, a yearly health review and reduced prices on private blood tests and self-pay scans.
Before you sign up
Monthly members must stay for at least three months, after which they can cancel whenever they like. Members pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. The company behind the service is ACCESSGP LTD.
