Companies House usually approves a new company within three hours, so trading can often begin the same day. Digital documents arrive by email straight away, and printed certificates follow by first class post. Formation fees cannot be refunded once the application has gone to Companies House, while address services can be cancelled with notice. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted.

Phone support runs on weekdays from 8.30am to 5.30pm on 020 3897 2233. Customers also get access to the Rewards Partner Program, a set of perks from other business service providers.
