About 123 Reg
Products for getting online
Domains are the usual starting point, including .co.uk and .com addresses. A drag-and-drop website builder lets beginners make a site without coding, while WordPress hosting gives more control. Hosting options run from standard web hosting to VPS and dedicated servers. Email hosting provides addresses that match your domain name. Support avoids jargon, which helps if this is your first website.
What comes with hosting
Every hosting plan includes a free SSL certificate, round-the-clock monitoring and DDoS protection. Servers run on hardware from leading manufacturers. The data centres use low-energy systems, which 123 Reg says helps the environment and keeps costs down for customers. NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders can claim a discount.
Buying and refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly, and a new domain is normally registered within minutes. Hosting comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registration fees cannot be refunded once processed, so double-check the spelling before you pay. Its head office is in Hayes, and the registered office is in Nottingham. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Direct Debit.
Sustainability at 123 Reg
123 Reg operates eco-friendly data centres powered by low-energy systems, demonstrating a commitment to protecting the environment while also benefiting customers.
